BUYER POLICY

The buyer policy outlines our expectations regarding the behaviour of a potential buyer. When buyers don't meet these standards, sellers can report these behaviours to Sodber. When we review a report of a buyer violating our policies, we look at the circumstances, including the buyer's history. We make decisions based on the evidence in that particular situation, as well as by evaluating patterns of behavior that create a negative value in the marketplace.Sodber is only a trading platform and when it comes to returns and refunds you will have to deal with the sellers directly as we will not be directly involved in the process. If you want to return a product you can request a refund from the seller but not from us.Sodber makes no representations or warranties of any kind, to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site.

*As a Buyer, you must understand that upon initiating a Transaction You are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Seller to purchase the products and complete the purchase using the selected Payment Facility.

*As a Buyer,you may agree with the Seller through electronic communication on any extension in the Dispatch or Delivery time and the Transaction shall stand amended to such extent.

*As a Buyer, you shall be entitled to claim a refund of the Transaction Price in case You do not receive the Delivery within the time period agreed in The Transaction.

*Transaction of refund, shall be made at the same Issuing Bank from where Transaction Price was received.

While purchasing from Sodber, you have to verify the genuinity of the seller from whom you're buying the product. You are responsible for checking their selling history, credibility, and clarity in product listings before buying the product and also putting effort into confirming that you can rely on them to complete the purchase successfully . If the buyer faces any issues with their seller regarding their purchase, then the buyer can approach Sodber and we will communicate with the seller regarding the issue. Sodber will act as a mediator between both parties and will approach the seller to make an appropriate decision. Sodber will inform the buyer of the decision and further proceedings can be completed accordingly.

However, if sellers try to make false claims or commit fraudulent acts, Sodber reserves the right to take legal action against them and suspend or permanently remove their access to the Sodber platform. Buyers are also advised to stick to certain rules of the platforms, which include not being allowed to demand something that is not offered in the original listing; making false claims,using multiple accounts,misusing return policies; and refusing to pay for items you committed to buy.Engaging in activity as described in this policy may result in a range of actions,including issuing warnings to buyers, blocking buyers from requesting returns or refunds on Sodber, blocking buyers from opening claims, and account suspension.

Sodber wants our buyers to follow positive buying practices such as having clear and transparent communication with their seller and, in the case of an issue with the Sodber workforce, not using our platform to engage in illegal activities, buying an item when you have no intention of completing the transaction, or evading a seller's buyer requirements. We also want our buyers to keep their account details up-to-date and must not provide incorrect or missing contact information. When you use Sodber,you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your devices to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

You have to take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or by using your password. You are entrusted to take all necessary measures to ensure that your password is kept confidential and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else. You are also advised to not use multiple accounts by registering new accounts and using other existing accounts to avoid buying restrictions. In order to make Sodber a safe place to sell, we expect our buyers to keep certain standards, and when they do not meet these requirements, we have to take appropriate action against buyers to maintain the integrity of Sodber.
