CANCELLATION

By using Sodber.com or by initiating a request for purchase from Sodber, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy. We want you to understand that we have the right to change the terms of this policy regarding cancellation, return, and refund of a product bought through Sodber. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this policy, you are advised not to access Sodber or accept its terms services.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

* You can cancel the order prior to the product's dispatch by the seller.

*The order cannot be cancelled once the dispatch has been initiated.

*The request for cancellation of the order can be made by cancelling the order from the mobile application or the Sodber website.

*Once your cancellation request is accepted, we will immediately cancel your order and will initiate the refund process, from the seller within 24 hours of the confirmation of the cancellation.

TERMS OF RETURN AND REFUND

*You may initiate the return by clicking on the ‘return’ tab in the Order history and selecting the reason for return from the dropdown menu.

* The ‘return’ tab shall be available only for the duration of the return window. The duration of the return window can vary according to the purchased product.

*You have to contact Sodber customer care for any complaints and concerns that may arise after the closure of the return window. *Your refund will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by Sodber is fulfilled. Sodber will initiate the seller to refund the amount and the same will be credited to the original payment mode opted by you.
