Answer :You can register by clicking on the "Sign In" section on the home page. Please provide the required information in the form that appears and click on submit.you will provide valid email ID and mobile number.
*Q Can I register multiple times using the same phone number/email ID?
A :Each email ID/login ID and mobile number can only be associated with one customer account.
*Q How can I become a seller on Sodber.com?
A :To sell on Sodber you need to register yourself at sodber.com seller and have to provide essential documents which will be evaluated by our team and if you are eligible we will accept you as a seller.
*Q Who decides the price of the products in Sodber?
A :As a seller, you can set the price of your products according to their quality and quantity.
*Q Who takes care of the delivery of my products?
A :Our logistics partner or seller logistic will pick up the product from you and deliver it to the Customer.
*Q How and when will I get paid?
A :The payment will be made directly from buyer to seller to your bank account within days *How do I know if I placed my order correctly?
A :Upon the successful completion of your order, an order confirmation you can see successful or email and SMS containing your order details will be sent to your registered email ID or phone number.
*Q What are the various modes of payment I can use for shopping?
A :You can pay for your order using UPI,Credit Card / Debit Card,Net banking,e-Wallet.
*Q Can I pay online during the delivery of the product?
A :If you have opted for cash on delivery then You may pay by scanning the QR available on the invoice using any UPI app at the time of delivery.
*Q How do I return my order on Sodber?
A :Place a return request in the My Orders page. You will get an option to choose refund/replace/exchange as per our return policy
*Q How much time will it take to get the refund of a cancelled/returned order?
A :Refund against a cancelled or returned product may take up to 7-10 working days depending on the payment method used while placing the order.
*Q How will I get the refund against an order which is placed with Cash on Delivery option?
A :Refunds against orders delivered with Cash on delivery will be credited into the bank account provided by you.
*Q How can I check for an expected date of delivery of an order?
A :You can check for an estimated date of delivery on the product description page by entering your pin code. Date of delivery may vary from product to product and is also dependent on the pin code of the delivery address.
*Q What happens if I deleted my account permanently?
A :Once permanently deleted, you can’t regain access to your account and you will not be able to access products and services associated with your deleted account.
